Deliver large and bulky packages in a 26 box truck with just a standard drivers license (no CDL required). Join our XL Delivery team and build a solid career with great pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Pay & Benefits:

·       Hourly Rate: $23.75/hr.

·       Overtime: $35.63/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)

·       Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

Key Responsibilities:

·       Safely operate a DOT-regulated 26 box truck, following traffic and safety laws.

·       Work with a helper to load, deliver, and install heavy/bulky items (appliances, furniture, TVs).

·       Provide excellent customer service and ensure deliveries are completed on time and damage-free.

·       Use mobile tools and handheld devices to manage routes and deliveries.

·       Problem-solve challenges on routes and assist other teams if needed.

Requirements:

·       Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver’s license (Class E in MO).

·       Must have or obtain a DOT Medical Card.

·       Physically able to lift/move 50-250 lbs. with a partner.

·       Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/MVR check.

·       Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).

·       Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

·       Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Schedule & Location:

·       Overtime available at 1.5x pay.

·       Location:  2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068. All local routes, home every night.

·       Training: Paid training provided, start in as little as 2-4 weeks.
