Amazon Delivery Helper - Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Helpers to support our drivers with Amazon package deliveries. This is a physically active, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour (paid biweekly)
- Typical 10-hour shifts, 4-day workweek (35-40 hours)
- 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (available for employees averaging 30+ hours per week)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with handling and delivering packages on time
- Follow all local, state, and company driving policies
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
- Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Support in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Communicate effectively with the delivery team and management
- Navigate using company-provided technology
- Provide support during route rescues and high-volume delivery periods

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid, unexpired state-issued ID
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (excluding marijuana for pre-employment)
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
