Box Truck Delivery Driver

Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day, Full & Part -Time positions available.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various routes.
• Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; maneuver **packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team.
• Get in and out of a Truck/Van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Must be available to work weekends and Holidays as needed.

• Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid DOT Louisiana driver's license. ie Chauffeur's License ( Class D).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• DOT Medical Examiner Certificate strongly preferred.
