Box Truck Driver (Non CDL)

We’re hiring Box Truck Drivers for immediate openings in New Castle, DE. In this full-time role, you’ll drive a company-provided 16-foot box truck and work closely with a Helper to complete delivery routes safely and efficiently. The work is active, team-oriented, and rooted in service excellence.

No CDL required. 

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a 16-foot box truck along a GPS-guided route, following all traffic laws

• Load and unload packages using company-provided hand trucks and safety gear

• Potentially deliver packages weighing up to 72 lbs alone, and lift heavier items as a team

• Communicate and coordinate with your Helper throughout the day to stay on track

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and complete daily pre/post-trip inspections

• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer stop

• Report delivery issues or vehicle concerns to dispatch or leadership

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need to:

• Be 21 years or older

• Have a valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Be able to obtain DOT Medical Card

• Be able to drive and park a 16-foot box truck (no CDL required)

• Physically able to lift and carry up to 72 lbs independently, more with a Helper

• Able to navigate stairs, tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented attitude

Compensation

• $23.25/hour paid weekly. Overtime and performance bonuses available.
