This is a Full-Time position with ToT Logistics LLC, delivering parcel packages.

We welcome military veterans and encourage applicants from all backgrounds. Prior commercial, DOT, CDL, or delivery driving experience is a plus but not required — we provide training. As the company grows, opportunities for advancement, including supervisory roles, will be available.

Benefits & Scheduling:

  • Wages start at 20.50 an hour; paid weekly
  • 8- 10 -hour shifts are typical
  • 4-day workweek is typical with the opportunity of extra time and routes
  • Schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time
  • Each weekly shift will include 1 weekend day
  • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

  • Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license OR unexpired state-issued identification
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
