Delivery Driver - 9 Star Logistics LLC

As a Delivery Associate with 9 Star Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, you will safely deliver packages to customers.  You will make a difference in your community, and delight hundreds of customers every day.  You will work 4-5 days a week and up to 10 hours a day.  We offer competitive compensation, benefits, a great company culture, and opportunities for growth.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times 
• Perform daily safety inspections on vehicles
• Load and unload packages to and from delivery vehicles. Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
• Use a smartphone device with GPS for routing, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements (such as clocking in/out) and to communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions 
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers on time
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, even in stressful situations 
• Be a team player by supporting the team daily with participation in rescue calls or general assistance
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes
• Lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of van repeatedly and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Shifts: Morning, weekday and weekends (8-10 hour shifts), 4-5 days a week (including at least 1 weekend day)
