We are a brand new DSP, SMRT LogisTX, launching as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions with flexible schedules, competitive pay, and fantastic benefits.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver Amazon packages with a smile, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles, including Ford Step Vans, using innovative GPS technology.
• Navigate various routes, load and unload packages efficiently, and handle up to 300 deliveries per day.
• Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Use handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information.
• Adapt to varying weather conditions and physical demands, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs and getting in and out of the vehicle frequently.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license within the state of employment.
• Consent to a drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
• Ability to operate and navigate a large delivery van.
• Flexibility to work weekends and complete scheduled shifts.
• Prior experience with larger vehicles preferred but not required (no CDL needed).
