Delivery Driver

Compensation: $23.50 - $26.00/hr 

Shift Time(s): 10 Hour shift starting at 10:05 am

Scheduling: 4 Day workweek. Available shifts Wednesday - Saturday

As a Delivery Driver at Impact Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DDV3

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who perform well in both a team and individual atmosphere, who are motivated, hard-working and defensive drivers to get the job done in a safe but timely manner. We value employees who work hard to meet customer expectations on a daily basis.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately
• Working outdoors, in all weather conditions and various extremes including both hot and cold temperatures with rain, snow and icy roads.
• Using a handheld smart device, troubleshooting, problem solving, accurately recording each delivery and completing an average of 200 stops per shift.
• Maintain company metric expectations and delivering 25 stops per hour

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Delivery drivers must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license, be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Lift packages into a delivery van at the start of your route, requiring the ability to push, pull, lift and bend with up to 50lbs while organizing between 250-300+ packages per shift.
• Ability to walk between 5-10 miles per day, climbing 20+ flights of stairs 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to work 1 weekend day
