Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $21/hour

Shift: 8-10 hours per day (Approximate hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering packages to customers within our community. You’ll work with a supportive team, follow GPS-guided routes, and help us maintain high standards of service. This position offers competitive pay and the chance to be part of a fast-growing logistics operation. No CDL required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Package Handling & Delivery: Load and unload your company-provided vehicle, ensuring all packages are ready for delivery.
• Safe Driving: Follow GPS-coordinated routes and adhere to all traffic laws, delivering packages in a safe and timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional, and courteous service when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized throughout the day.
• Technology Use: Utilize handheld devices for routing and customer delivery information.
• Physical Demands: Lift packages up to 50 lbs and walk 15,000+ steps per route. Be prepared to get in and out of the van and navigate stairs during deliveries.
• Weather Conditions: Comfortable working and driving in all weather conditions.
• Team Communication: Report any issues or delays to management and follow updates from dispatchers regarding delivery times.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Comfortable with a physically demanding job, including walking, lifting, and driving in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Must be able to start shifts in Champaign, IL and arrive on time each day.
