Delivery Driver - Madison Suburbs - 7:30am / 10:30am Shifts - Amazon Packages

Base pay of $20.50 per hour with increases based on Performance (Performance/ Safety/ Attendance) Bonuses to cover 10-hr workday and increase relative hourly rate*.

Devil Dog Delivery is looking to expand with new Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon Prime Packages.

DETAILS: Delivery Driver Full and Part-Time opportunities available Starting compensation of $20.50 per hour – increases based on experience/performance etc for higher starting pay. Overtime – paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week

• Expect 4x 10-hour shifts per week
• Approximate start time 7:30 am and 10:30 am
• All Delivery Associates will need to be available to support high volume seasons.
• Full Time Delivery Associates eligible for full health benefits, 401k with matching, and education benefits.
• Paid every two-weeks. Also supported by ZayZoon for real time pay in emergencies.
• We are closed 4 days per year (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
• A Typical Day: Load Vans every morning (250-300+ packages based on area).

Delivery Driver deliver packages to houses, mobile home parks, apartments, and businesses. Meal and rest breaks are provided, Mission completion, customer obsession, and being safe are expected.

• Must be able/willing to support rescue deliveries to help the team if needed

DEVIL DOG DELIVERY LLC (Position located in MADISON WI) with a $20.50 base wage with a delivery area east of Madison. Shift differential available*. This is a FULL TIME and BENFITED position with the only DSP that has true upward mobility as the largest AMZL delivery service for Amazon in Wisconsin, as we operate out of Kenosha WI and Madison WI with a three year contract.

For Delivery Driver we have 2 Start Times - 7:30am and 10:30 am (10 hour shift) . We are hiring for both shifts. We offer 401k with Matching* and $5250 annual* education benefit, both start after 3 months for eligible employees.

4-Panel Drug Test - not testing THC. NO CDL Requirement.

We immediately pay for $25k in Life Insurance for all employees.

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license (cannot be probationary)
• Take a certified drug test
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!)
• Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190+ stops (in all types of weather)
• Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
• Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
• Must be available to work weekends and high volume seasons; additional shifts for peak seasons is a requirement.
• Complete an initial in-person interview.
