Delivery Driver - NON CDL

Pay: $19.50/hr

Hiring: Full time 4 days- 10hour shifts

Shift Start time: 10:00am-9:45pm availability

What you will be doing as a Delivery Driver

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Following a specific daily route using a provided handheld device with packages to be delivered to residential or commercial stops
• Must be customer obsessed. The company prides ourselves on being the best and that is to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Follow strict processes, company procedure and instructions for delivery
• ***This is a physical job***Lift and carry packages up to 50lbs multiple times a day. Up and down stairs, in residential communities, apartment communities, and at business offices
• Be able to work 10 hour shifts with multiple frequent deliveries in and out of the truck 200+ times a day
• Load up 200+ packages in vehicle within a 15 min window before leaving the warehouse without assistance.
• Must be comfortable working 10 hour shifts all-year around in the Charlotte weather

• Entry Level. No delivery experience required
• Non-CDL
• Must be at least 21yrs+
• Be punctual and have excellent time management skills
• Must have a sense of urgency and must be able to perform under pressure.
• Be physically able to get in and out of a van 200+ times a day and able to safely lift and carry up to 50lbs boxes.
• Must have a valid drivers license and have a minimum of 3-years driving experience.
• Must be able to work for periods of 8 hours or longer; five consecutive days at a time. 40-hour work week.
• Must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday. Weekends are our requirement
