Station Location: OnPoint Delivery / Amazon Delivery Service Partner 3051 Research Dr, Richardson, TX 75082

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• MUST BE 21 years of age or older.
• MUST be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) if needed.
• Capable of continuous lifting, lowering, and carrying Amazon packages that can possibly weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Load and unload packages into/out of vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license with 2 yrs of US driving experience.
• Have a strong work ethic and have a winning attitude to join our elite team.
• Care for each company vehicle with respect, utmost safety and cleanliness in mind.
• Drive company provided vehicle from delivery station to designated customers.
• Use provided hand-held device for routing information, customer delivery information and to communicate with home office/dispatch.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas and oil.
• Maintain contact with the Dispatcher to receive delivery instructions if unclear or if problems occur.
• Maintain logs according to state and federal guidelines.
• Secure packages to ensure no damage is caused to customers.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Customer Service – is always professional with anyone at the customer location.
• Always Represents the company in a service-oriented and courteous manner.
• Previous driving and delivery experience preferred, but not required. We will train.
• Must be comfortable using mobile technology in a safe, efficient and accurate way.
• Must adhere to all safety and security procedures.
• Completes work in a timely manner and within the standards outlined by the Company.
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction. Takes responsibility for own actions. Keeps commitments. Completes tasks on time or notifies supervisor, in advance, if a commitment is at risk.
• Meets productivity and service standards
• Ability to learn, or knowledge of, all equipment in Company vehicles.
• Accurately prepare and complete all required paperwork.
• Work together with co-workers to achieve the overall customer service goals.
• Always practice safe work ethics and procedures.
• Effectively communicates through cell phone with Dispatch to ensure contact status and locations.

Required Licenses:

• Valid State Driver’s License is Required.
• No CDL required
• Work Authorization Requirements:
• United States Work Authorization is Required.
• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a DMV records check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
