SMK Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in California. We’re currently hiring seasonal delivery drivers to support our team during the busy period. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who enjoy being on the road, staying active, and delivering smiles to customers.

Position Highlights:

• Seasonal role with an expected end date of January 15, 2026, or sooner
• Anticipated schedule: 16–40 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
• Extra shifts may be available, but not guaranteed
• Opportunity for permanent employment: Drivers may be considered for long-term roles based on performance and business needs (review required)

You’ll be driving an Amazon-branded cargo van and enrolled for DOT certification after onboarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely deliver 240 - 400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businesses
• Operate and inspect a delivery vehicle, ensuring it meets safety and cleanliness standards
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
• Navigate and follow delivery routes using a company-provided device
• Work in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, etc.
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and interact with Amazon logistics staff
• Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and safety
• Support teammates as needed by assisting with additional routes

Before your first shift, you’ll complete a 2-day Amazon training course and a ride-along with an experienced driver.

What You Need:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid California driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to undergo a background check, DOT drug screening (Marijuana is included), DOT physical exam, and complete Amazon training
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
