We need highly motivated, reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players to deliver packages for the world’s leading e-commerce company. · Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

· As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Benefits & Scheduling:

· $20.50/hour (paid biweekly)

· 10-hour shifts

· 4-day workweek (must work one weekend day)

· Two paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and one unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time, WITH SMILES, cordially, efficiently, safely, reliably and professionally

· Safely navigate roads, drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions

· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations in variable conditions

· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

· Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members as required throughout the workday

· Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle

· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

JEC solution Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as delivery drivers. Our DSP is independently owned and partners with Amazon to ensure timely and efficient package deliveries. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver license

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening

· Must have good communication skills and speak, read, and write English clearly

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
