Your Mission
As our next Delivery Driver Associate, you’ll be the hero on 20+ stops per hour, navigating neighborhoods in an Amazon-branded vehicle and delivering smiles (and packages!) with every doorbell.

  • Shift & Home Base: 10-hour days starting at 9:10 AM, reporting to 2125 Anvil Block Rd. Work 3–4 days per week.

  • Core Responsibilities:

    • Execute 20+ precise deliveries hourly.

    • Communicate proactively with customers—keep them informed and delighted.

    • Uphold safety, compliance, and best-in-class service on every route.

    • Thrive under pressure, adapt to weather and traffic, and solve challenges in real time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Age of 21 Years
    You must be at least 21 to meet insurance and safety requirements for package delivery roles. 

  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License (Non-CDL)
    A current, unrestricted driver’s license is required—no CDL needed for standard Amazon DSP routes. 

  • Clean Driving Record
    No major violations (DUIs, reckless driving) and a limited number of minor infractions in the past 3–5 years. 

  • Successful Criminal Background Check
    You must pass a comprehensive background screening (no disqualifying offenses)

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
    Most employers expect completion of secondary education, though some may waive it for strong driving records.

  • Ability to Lift and Carry Up to 50 lbs
    Safely handling heavy packages is a daily requirement. 

  • Strong Time Management & Organizational Skills
    Managing 20+ stops per hour and optimizing routes demands top‐notch planning. 

  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service

  • Familiarity with Local Roads & GPS Navigation
    Knowing your service area or using navigation tools efficiently reduces delays. 

  • Proficiency with Handheld Devices/Delivery Apps
    Scanning packages and updating statuses in real time requires comfort with mobile technology. 

  • Physical Stamina & Adaptability
    Long hours on your feet or in the driver’s seat—and all-weather conditions—mean you need endurance. 

  • Team-Player Attitude with Independent Drive
    You’ll work solo on your route but rely on dispatch and teammates for support.
