Station Location:  3800 Finley Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $17.00/Hr
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Job Profile:
As a delivery helper, you’ll be responsible for assisting a delivery driver to deliver packages and load trucks daily, with a maximum weight of 150 pounds max with assistance. This job is physically demanding, requiring frequent steps in and out of the truck. 

Schedule:

• Full-time: 4 Days a week, 10 hours per day.
• Shift Timing: Approximately 11:00 am to 09:30 pm.
• Weekend Shift: One weekend shift is mandatory.

Note: Final shift timings will be confirmed by the dispatcher or operations manager. Your shift ends when your route is completed or the on-duty Dispatch Operator clears you to return to the station.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages.
• Assisting the driver with delivering packages.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (marijuana is not tested for) and a background check
• Ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items (150 lbs max with assistance)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates and weather conditions

Onboarding:
We’ll send you a link to complete the onboarding process and download the Amazon Flex app. You’ll need to upload your driver’s license, profile picture, and personal information.

Documents:
Once your background check has been initiated, we will send you the offer letter. 

Background Check:

You will receive an email from Amazon once your background check is complete.

Drug Test:
After the background check is initiated, we will schedule your drug test, which is free of charge.

PayCom (Direct Deposit):
After completing the initial onboarding on Amazon Flex, you’ll receive an invitation to set up your Paycom Profile including Direct Deposit. This must be completed before your first day of training; otherwise, you won’t be able to attend the training.

Training:
After onboarding, you will undergo 1 days of paid training. We’ll email you the details, and you’ll need to report to the training site at the given time. Please notify us when you arrive and once you’ve completed the training.
