DSP Delivery Driver

6IX RINGS LLC, is seeking reliable delivery drivers to deliver packages safely focusing on working quickly and efficiently for full and part time positions. One weekend day is required, availability for both weekend days is highly preferred.

Shifts are 10 hours starting at 9:50AM and are available 7 days a week. Must be available at least one weekend day.

Warehouse location: West Chicago, IL 60185; Please do not apply if this location is too far to commute (it is a suburb and not in the city).

Compensation and Benefits:

• $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive at our distribution facility by the required time to receive your van assignment based on the weekly schedule
• Attend the morning stand up meeting discussing safety and company goals
• Perform a Pre-trip vehicle inspection thoroughly checking the van for damage.
• Deliver up to 250+ packages on your route. (Smartphone/GPS device has the complete route predetermined
• Follow all delivery instructions as directed by customer (when in doubt, follow company procedures)
• Return van to station after route completion
• Return Smartphone/GPS scanner device and keys; debrief with manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with current Illinois drivers license
• Must be physically able to handle the walking, lifting, bending and stooping required to perform this job;
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs without assistance.
• Must be able to work at a quick and even pace
• Must be a safe driver and observe all traffic rules and company safety policies
• Must be able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with scanner
• Deliver in areas in Kane County & DuPage County
• Fluent in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
• Deliver all assigned packages each day
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
