USN Express Logistics LLC (the “Company”) is hiring dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Associatesto safely deliver packages.

Delivery Associates operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, follow assigned delivery routes, interact with customers, and work closely with our Dispatch and Operations teams to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality delivery service.

No CDL required. Paid training and company delivery vehicle provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

*Employees who work an average of less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts are typical
• Full-time team members generally work approximately 4 days per week, based on business needs and route availability
• Availability for at least one weekend day is required
• Exact schedules may vary based on delivery volume, route availability, seasonality, and business needs

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle in varying road and weather conditions
• Safely and efficiently handle and deliver packages while meeting applicable delivery expectations
• Perform required safety inspections on Company vehicles
• Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages
• Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation, package scanning, and delivery information
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, safety requirements, and Company policies
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, including during challenging or unexpected situations
• Communicate effectively with the support team throughout the workday
• Promptly report safety concerns, accidents, injuries, vehicle or property damage, and other incidents
• Assist teammates with routes when requested by Dispatch
• Work safely and effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle, walk, and climb stairs
• Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently tilt, push, and slide packages weighing between 50–70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper
• Bend, reach, crouch, twist, push, pull, and carry packages throughout the workday
• Remain focused and attentive while working in varying weather and delivery conditions

At USN Express Logistics, no package or delivery is more important than your safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report; multiple violations may disqualify an applicant from the position
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be dependable and able to report for scheduled shifts on time

Delivery experience is a plus, but it is not required. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, military service, customer service, or other fast-paced environments may be helpful.

Hiring Process: The hiring and onboarding process typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks to complete. The process may take longer in certain circumstances, including for applicants with an out-of-state driver's license.
