This is a Part-Time Helper and Assembly Specialist position with MO Routes LLC (the “Company”) delivering packages and assembling products for MO Routes!

As a Delivery and Assembly Helper at MO Routes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: HCH5

Key Delivery and Assembly Helper Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle packages weighing up to 300 pounds, deliver and collect return packages on time 
  • Safely support the driver with navigation of Company vehicle on the road and guidance in parking
  • Assemble and set up products at customer locations, ensuring they are ready for use and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns about their orders.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including signatures and photographs when necessary.
  • Follow all Company policies
  • Complete all assigned rescue routes
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. frequently; maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a box truck repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Must complete all assigned Rescues
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes 
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
  • Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
  • Report any issues or problems to management immediately

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have prior professional assembly experience  
  • Must hold a unexpired state-issued identification   
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Additional Information

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.  It may take longer if you have an out-of-state identification.
