Middle Mile Delivery Driver

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate your delivery vehicle at all times by yourself
• Use hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery areas
• Drivers must be comfortable operating trucks in varying weather conditions
• Be CUSTOMER FOCUSED!
• Should be able to lift packages that are a minimum of 50 pounds
• Able to get in and out of box truck and operate a pallet jack

Music City Delivery is a third-party Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver pallet freight dock to dock. Music City Delivery is a veteran-owned, family business that strives to provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive work environment. We are seeking experienced PROFESSIONAL drivers who are customer-focused, efficient, and reliable. Drivers must be able to operate 26’ box trucks and available from 10:00 pm 11:00am. We are delivering the middle mile, dock to dock freight on pallets to local post office. Shifts range from 8-10 hours per night beginning at 10:00pm. Music City Delivery is hiring team members who take pride in their work, appearance and building positive relationships.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
• Drivers should have at least 6 months of PROFESSIONAL driving experience
• Clean driving record

• Music City Delivery is located off Couchville Pike on Lebanon/Mt Juliet border. Each day you will use state-of-the-art technology to efficiently guide you through 2-3 post office locations in parts of Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky.

• Approximate hours are 9:00 pm. to 11:00 am. Shifts are 10 hours per night and are available 7 days per week. Shifts begin between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am
