Middle Mile, overnight delivery. Safely driving and delivering pallets/packages to various destinations while following a strict schedule. Operations run 7 days a week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver pallets/packages on time in a 26 foot box truck.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles, following all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies.
• Staying DOT compliant (driver logs, medical card, weigh stations, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in and out, and communicating with supervisors and team members.
• Load and unload pallets/packages.
• Driving in various rural and tight areas in different weather conditions.
• Maintaining safe driving scores via onboard vehicle cameras.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old to be a driver.
• Must have held a state driver’s license for at least four years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report; multiple violations can disqualify you.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Medical Card Certification for DOT.

Recommended/Preferred

• Previous box truck driving experience
• Delivery experience
• Open availability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training-$19.00
• Box Truck drivers-$25.25/hr.
