What We Expect from Our Delivery Drivers:

• Punctuality and Reliability: Cover your assigned shift and arrive on time, ready to work.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure timely and accurate handling and delivery of Amazon Prime packages.

• Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.

• Prioritize Safety: Drive safely, conduct vehicle safety inspections, and adhere to local and state driving laws and company policies.

• Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our customers, making each delivery a satisfying experience.

• Staying Active: Maintain pace in a physically demanding job, work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs., and frequently enter and exit the van at various locations.

• Effective Communication: Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, administrative tasks (e.g., clocking in/out), and communication with supervisors and team members.

• Teamwork and Support: Assist with daily team requirements, including responding to rescue calls when fellow drivers need help with their routes.

Excellent Benefits & Flexible Scheduling for Delivery Drivers:

• $23.25 - $25.00/hour (PAID WEEKLY)

• 10-hour shifts are typical

• Flexible 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical.

• Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend

• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

• Drivers must be authorized to work in the United States

• Drivers must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (We do not test for marijuana)

• Drivers must have a good motor vehicle report.

• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.

• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
