LACK Standard Delivery Driver (Job Template)

Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Shift Time(s): 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train. As a Delivery Driver at Lackless Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and safely to Amazon customers within the community and you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service while doing so! You will perform deliveries with the latest cutting-edge technology while in the comfort of safe cargo vans. You will pick up an average of 300-400 packages from an Amazon warehouse to deliver to Amazon customers at their residences and businesses. You must be able to manage your time well, while performing deliveries SAFELY! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse DVB5.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

As a Delivery Driver, you:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but helpful)
• Must successfully pass a background check (motor vehicle records check and criminal records check) and a drug screening
• Must successfully pass driver training course
• Must be able to operate a large cargo van
• Must be able to navigate well using a GPS
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must have excellent communications skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must have outstanding time management skills
• Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday OR Sunday)
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
