XL Delivery Associate (Part Time)

We’re recruiting safety-focused, dependable, organized, and customer-oriented individuals to join our amazing team and deliver routes in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We love delivering packages, but we love seeing customers smile even more!

We are looking for experienced box truck drivers who are interested in joining our team on a part-time basis as we expanded our heavy, bulky home delivery services.

Duties

• Safely drive and operate a commercial vehicle with a rated capacity of 4500 kg or more
• Use a mobile device for routing information and customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
• Work with a delivery helper to load and unload packages
• Provide white glove or enhanced delivery service as required
• Enthusiastically and responsibly represent our company's dedication to accuracy, safety, and excellence in customer service

Hours of Work, Schedules & Training

• Start time approximately 4:30 am
• 10 hour shifts
• We deliver Monday to Saturday
• Comprehensive delivery skills and safety training provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate is $23.50 to $25.00
• Flexible schedule, up to 30 hours per week
• Growth opportunity for regular full time

• Minimum 21 years of age
• 2 years of commercial driving (box truck) required
• Experience with professional moving and/or appliance installation an asset
• Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record, CDL preferred
• Able to team lift up to 68 kg (150 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to get in and out of a box truck, and walk up and down stairs throughout a 10-hour shift
• Comfortable driving and working outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to use various mobile and computer applications
